When you create a Mzansi Store account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. When buyers place orders on your store, we collect their name, email, phone number, and delivery address. We also collect usage data like page visits and product clicks to power your analytics.
We use your information to run your store, process orders, send you notifications, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Buyer information is only shared with the store owner who received the order.
Payments are processed by PayFast, South Africa's trusted payment gateway. We do not store card numbers or banking details. PayFast's privacy policy governs the handling of payment information.
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to track basic analytics (store visits, product clicks). We do not use advertising cookies or share data with ad networks.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@mzansi-store.co.za. We will respond within 7 business days.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
