How do I create my store?

Sign up, pick a plan, name your store, and you're live in under 2 minutes. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately — no card required.

When do I get paid?

Payments are held for 72 hours after an order is placed (fraud protection). After that, funds are released to your seller wallet on Mzansi Store.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

What is the platform commission?

Starter: 5% per order. Standard: 3% per order. Pro: 1.5% per order. The fee is deducted before funds are released to you. No hidden charges.

How do buyers pay?

Buyers pay via PayFast — South Africa's trusted payment gateway. They can pay with card, EFT, or Instant EFT.

Can buyers track their orders?

Yes. Buyers receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. They can also look up their orders on the Mzansi Store homepage using their email address.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Billing and click "Cancel Plan". Your store stays live until the end of the current billing period. You can reactivate at any time.

What happens when my trial ends?

If you haven't added a payment method, your store will be paused (not deleted). Add payment details to reactivate it instantly.
