By creating an account, you agree to use Mzansi Store only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activity on your store. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You own your store content — your products, images, and brand. By uploading content, you confirm you have the rights to use it. We reserve the right to remove stores that sell illegal goods, counterfeit products, or violate our safety policy.
Plans are billed monthly. Your 14-day free trial begins when you create your account. After the trial, payment is required to keep your store live. You can cancel at any time — your store remains live until the end of the billing period.
Mzansi Store deducts a platform processing fee from each order before transferring funds to you. Starter: 5%, Standard: 3%, Pro: 1.5%. These fees are disclosed before each transaction and visible in your orders dashboard.
Payments are held for 72 hours after an order is placed to allow for fraud checks. After this period, funds are released to the seller. Refunds are managed between the buyer and seller — Mzansi Store facilitates disputes but is not liable for refunds.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, receive multiple buyer complaints, or engage in fraudulent activity. In such cases, held funds may be refunded to buyers.
Mzansi Store provides the platform as-is. We are not liable for lost sales, data loss, or service interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
